Excellent panel of doctors at Kikabhai hospital. Our cardiac surgeon Dr.Nilesh Maru is an extremely skilled man who has the capability to handle critical situation with perfect judgement . The hospital is very affordable for all budgets. The management of the trust is commendable and they make sure everything runs with discipline. They have a patient first policy. Hospital is highly tech savvy. Nursing and support staff is also very polite and helpful and post surgery care is taken care of very well. All mamas and maushis are also very helpful. After my surgery my respect for the supporting nurse staff and mama maushis has grown so much. They deserve many many thanks and we should all respect them. Cleanliness is also very good. Food service also very homely and hygienic.

To start with very satisfied with the overall services and medication at S R Mehta Cardiac Institute.Right from the Doctor, Nurses, Support Staff all were very polite and helpful.Kudos to the team. Great work and a Big Thank you to all with who we liaised in last 5 days of our treatment.Thank you Dr. V K Shah and Dr Simit Shah for your support , guidance and medication.Just one area of improvement which I would request someone to review is the discharge process. It’s very lengthy and time consuming. Once you are well and ready to go home waiting for hours seems like years as if someone is stopping you to go home. 🙏

We were treated by Dr Simit shah, got no doubt on his treatment. A supercool calm gentlemen.Hospital needs to surely change their food services, has to improve on it as even home food is not allowed.Rules and regulations should be more strict for everyone, i agree half times relatives do not listen but hospital should not permit anything against the rules.A sincere request to people coming to hospital please keep it clean, throw wastes in dustbins. This Maintains a healthy environment.The staff & nurses are well trained and very helpful in all ways. The answers are quick.Mr Bhushan from insurance team helped me get things in place quickly.One suggestion - Please change your location marker to the correct one, it shows the wrong location on maps.

Good experience. First we did left knee surgery last year and right knee surgery now. Overall experience has been very nice and been improving time and again.Known for their Cardiac care and Orthopaedic care and highly recommended.

Hospital is really good, Had a good experience at hospital, got the knee replacement done for both legs, Dr Nilen Shah was really helpful with his advice and operation. All the nursing staff, housekeeping staff and food service was great especially Pandari Gouda was really helpful during all four days of stay. Adding photos of deluxe room.

Hospital is good , staff is very good, Doctors are excellent. The billing staff is hopeless. Takes ages and ages. Discharge team will inform you in morning and Billing staff will let you go in evening if you put pressure on them or may be night if you take it lightly Please make sure to put a lot of pressure on billing team to clear your bills as soon as possible.

My father in law was admitted here under Dr Bhaskar. We were really happy and satisfied with his out of the way service diagnosis and treatment. The other sevices like nursing and housekeeping staff were also upto the mark.
